As a general rule of thumb with any job, you never publicly disparage the person or people that write your checks.
I’ve worked for and with some very shytty people over the years, but you got to stay professional and tactful unless they’ve just done something overtly foul that you can prove through video footage, audio recordings, and documentation. Getting on social media, criticizing, and outright trashing your company or institution is a very fast way to get yourself relived of your duties and in the unemployment line. It’s a very typical mindset of someone whose young minded and entitled though.
He better go sit his sassy azz down and understand freedom of speech doesn’t protect his azz from freedom of consequences.
