Women are VERY strategic and know they have an advantage in family court...Being in a relationship with a man of higher income willing to take care of your child is a stability point. This looks good and you can get your payments increased...The story is framed to favor her and random unrelated anecdotes are interspersed to garner sympathy.
This split downgrades her lifestyle and makes it much easier for him to get more level playing field, especially if he has other evidence of her degenerate behavior.

Child support not being paid is a separate issue from visitation. legally a custodial parent can't withhold vistation because cs is behind or not being paid.
A lot of men don't follow up in court in regards to their missed child support because they don't want to answer to a judge about why they are not paying or didn't file for a adjustment.
If they did follow up the judge can find the mother in contempt.
Also your non legal spouses income has nothing to do with how your child support is determined.

I'm talking about when the courts look at both of the parents' lifestyles during an adjustment...A judge can do what he or she wants. We don't know if they're in a commonwealth state or somewhere ridiculous like New York...8 hours a month is ridiculous.
Men in arrears have less leverage with visitation, and some people exaggerate during hearings...I know.

thats on him. Hes either got some domestic/ family violence child abuse issues
