I was djing in the club one night and Raheem Brock (won a superbowl with the Colts and played with Peyton Manning) threw the security guard at the club down a flight of steps in the DJ booth because he wouldn’t let him get into the DJ booth to talk to me. Security guard was like 6'4 300 and he threw dude around like a QB on 4th and long. I literally hid under the DJ booth because I thought I was gonna get squashed by them rumbling.

Unless you're a pro or even semi-pro caliber boxer, MMA fighter etc., the difference in strength/power/explosiveness is too much to overcome. Especially defensive players (any position) and offensive linemen....really any of them. You need expert hands or grappling.
