They may look heavy but they really weren’t...true heavy punches start from your feet, then to your hips, then to your elbow and fist...true powerful punches don’t even look powerful to the untrained eye because the puncher’s body is composed the entire time.

There’s no lunging or thrusting in real powerful punches. That’s why no one was knocked out cuz they was all throwing weak ass punches. Big boy had like a 100 pound advantage on them but the little dudes kept getting up...it’s cuz all big boy got is mass but he doesn’t have power.
