People misconstrue chins all the time. When I played football, I got lit up...I was a DB and a cat came at me low then popped up got me square on the chin and pushed me on the ground. I was able to get up immediately and wasnt fazed or dizzy---it looked like hell though in the video. Coaches were even trippin saying he led with his head and all of that. It was scooby snacks. If your expecting a hit and you have your chin tucked you can shake it off, but if you get hit in the jaw when your mouth is open like its pretty much or every single time. I've seen cats talking in the gym take a nap for a minute or 2 from being hit with a basketball unexpectedly while they were standing around talking.

In my particular case it was my father, so I never thought he would try to piece me. Id say it was downright unexpected.
