Everyone has vices but culturally we are more and more sedentary. It's understood that technology made work less physically demanding but you got tons of dudes who engage in zero physical activity on top of the damaging vices
I'm not talking about dwindling activity levels, that's its own issue. I'm speaking on the hormonal profile change of people but especially men over generations.

Outside of a strong change in American food, men of any color waiting till 60+ for possible TRT will continue to be less feasible.

I agree with not using it as a shortcut for looking a certain way. But the age for getting results will probably continue to change at large.

my point Is physical activity is usually something that can keep testosterone high/combat the other factors like modern food and diet

I mean.....I feel him on energy levels being low but I ain't fụcking with none that shıt.

I drink black coffee straight and workout 5 days a week.

Everyone's energy levels operate differently at different times of the day and once you know the mechanism, you work with it.

I'm a lion - morning, I'm energetic af, need a mid afternoon nap (12:30) then I slow down and I can't work late -- I'm literally checked out by 3 or 4 so I delay til 5.

But I know people that are bears - sleep all through the day and reverse, energy picks up at 11:30-ish and work late.

if you start taking it and get off it your natural test levels nosedive afterwards:what:

don't just make a topic with no nuance like this, if anyone gets on it, it needs to be because they are producing less than the natural level for their age and need to be on it for pretty much the rest of their life

not for personal gym goal vanity purposes

i started trt like 2 months ago. my t was in the 100s now is in the 800s with 1 shot a week.
you still on it?
How has it been?

ive been thinking about it...
I dont see a reason not to do it other than cycling off can be difficult.

I lift 3 times a week and go cycling around 8 hours a week.

If itll help me recover (been having knee issues) and feel more energetic why not :yeshrug:
