Lol so half of the preseason predictions on most (if not all) nba segments on these sports networks for the Blazers were at best a 7 or 8 seed and the other half them not even making the playoffs? Cuz that’s what same tier implies
I DONT WATCH ANY OF THESE SHOWS
SO IDK.

I DO KNOW WHAT PPL
LIKE YOU HAVE SAID ABOUT
GS HEADING INTO THIS SEASON.

Oh please believe I’m in the minority of the minority with my preseason predictions. I been following Steph since Davidson so I’ve seen what he can do once acclimated with trash to middling talent rosters, that’s the impetus of my prognostications.

You can’t find me a non gs fan poster on here (yourself included) that had the Dubs and Blazers being same tier heading into the season...not a single one.

I never understand why this entire thread is a point of contention. Honest W fans will admit Steph (and the franchise) ducked the season AND he's been playing like shyt until tonight. Even without Klay he needs to keep this team in the playoff race at the very least this season. Kerr got the same type of pressure now that he don't have 3 of the top 15 players in the league.

:yeshrug:
I haven’t followed it as closely, but I think the point of contention is that the thread is used to shyt on stephs whole career based on what he does at 33 with a pretty meh roster.

How & where is the thread on these people ? Y’all upping threads like Curry hurt you personally :pachaha:

If that’s the case let’s do the same for all great players who either have a dip in production or start to exit their prime .

There’s a 50+ page thread on lebrons “decline”. There’s a thread for every time Lebron loses a game. There’s a decade old thread that gets bumped every week based on Tom Brady decaying before our eyes. What makes steph so special to where he can’t get that work

Dont bother looking for a level ground with @calh45, hes only known for supposedly being a Warriors fan that somehow is always on the side of the forum that bashes the Warriors.

I didn't know I was known for being anything other than a random ass poster with a Cal avi. I'm the same way about the 49ers. I'm the same way about Cal. Being a fan doesn't mean you have to blindly cheer everything the team does.

If any of y'all want a list of the things I've "bashed" the Warriors about here's the main ones I can remember:

1. I hated Draymond since the beginning and my hate was proven right when he couldn't keep his fukking feet to himself and doubly so when he ducked out last season. He's Rasheed without talent.......I'm on a very short list of W fans who don't love Draymond.
2. Klay is my favorite Warrior since Capt. Jack. He was actually the key to everything. It would've been better if we lost Steph instead honestly. Klay would've had to been dragged off the floor unlike Steph and Draymond last season. They both quit and should be getting dragged for it.
3. I hated how the team priced out actual fans after the "We Believe" season and hated it even more that they moved to the city.
4. Kerr? He got us a few championships. Great job. Can't be mad at any of that shyt. I was at all of the parades. 13th and Broadway. Great view.
5. I didn't like the KD signing. He's talented as fukk, but he's a bit of a bytch.
6. And lastly this one, every great player has to have dragged a garbage team into the playoffs. This is just Steph's turn. He's older, but plenty capable of doing it. If he doesn't then he's not top 20 then he's more like top 35/40

I salute you for at least @'ing me.
:ehh::salute:

The above is my whole thoughts on it. That said, I ain't been super following this either, but it's kinda impossible to shyt on his career. He's top 50 minimum and he's unanimously GOAT shooter of all time. Same as Bron. Same as Kobe. Some cats have earned their seat in history. It's just a matter of how high up the chart they go.

And I said those were stupid too :gucci:

But why are we quick to clown a player coming off injury & a year of not playing ? Not even 10 games into this season & this thread is made .

I’m sure certain posters had hella excuses why Mike looked rusty after the first retirement & the bulls didn’t win anything:mjgrin:
