the difference is...steph is threat off ball. dame is not.
you send a double early....steph will give the ball up and run around until he is open and draymond will go out his way to stall the offense to find him :mjlol:
It's his secret superpower. He is one of the GOATs off the ball. If the Warriors had another playmaker who is a scoring threat, the Warriors would be a solid playoff team.

Steph averaging 39-5-5 on 51/42/98 shooting his last 4 games, won 3 of 4

The three wins were against Chicago, D-Rose and Dame. :lolbron:

On a different note, this is why I been saying for 3 years that Portland needs to trade CJ if they truly want to be a competitor. CJ is a great player but they ain't never gonna win with a guard rotation that bad on defense. I get that he's a Portland institution and the community loves him but if Dame is your 1 then you really need a lockdown defender at the 2, and if CJ is your 2 then you need a defender at the 1. You can't expect to win games playing two guys who can't defend in the backcourt.

He made a lot of 3s but Stephs handles were on full display tonight. He's godlike off ball so we forget how crafty and wizard like his handles are. Only second to Kyrie.
Steph during their run, had me realizing that He was also 2nd next to Kyrie for under the Rim Finishers too. Dude made so many layups in contact he had no business making... Naturally and athletically,Steph probably isn’t on a few of his peer levels but his knack for finding openings and obviously his presence as a 3 point shooter has yielded results better than his peers, and there’s not really a dispute in that regard.

Steph finishes at a higher % than kyrie under the rim.

Kyrie is flashier and has fancier looking finishes, but Steph is better

I agree with this.. CJ needs to be paired up with a bigger PG that can defend, like Lonzo.. similar to Baron Davis with Monta Ellis. When the Warriors were bogged down, Wiggins just took CJ to the post and that was that.

Steph a ceiling raiser not a floor raiser. If your team got talent he can soup that bytch up and make everyone better

Give him a weak roster and he struggling

He cant do both like Bron or KD. That why theyre on their own tier

Even guards like Harden and Dame do a much better job carrying trash rosters than Steph can hes too system based and his talent shines more when he has better rosters
Like I said before, Tony Delk with a loud wife

One of the most overrated players in the NBA history, softer than Alizé with a chaser, reign on top was shorter than leprechauns
All you old nikkas trying to advance
It's all over now, take it like a man.
