IVE DEBUNKED THIS
PLENTY OF TIMES ALREADY.

DAVID LEE WAS ALL NBA IN 2013
STEPH WASNT.

LEE & KLAY AVERAGED 18PTS IN 2014
TO STEPHS 24.

HE DIDNT CARRY shyt.
THOSE WERE DEEP TEAMS.

This is such a stupid post. So unless Steph takes a team full of bums who don’t make all star teams to the playoffs he’s trash?

And the team with David Lee was loaded? Man you a sucka. Look at the Warriors records the years before he was drafted. He completely turned the franchise around as soon as he got there .

SHAQS NUMBER 2 IN ORLANDO
WAS A 2ND YR PLAYER.

WHO ELSE MADE THE FINALS
WITH A SECOND YR PLAYER
AS THEIR NUMBER 2?

WILT & RUSS CARRIED
A BUNCH OF CACS TO TITLES.

THE LAKERS WERE PRETTY MID
IN 91.

You're shameless as fukk, Penny was 1st-team All-NBA in 1995, Shaq was only 2nd-team. Isn't that the EXACT same criteria you just tried to use with David fukking Lee? :deadrose:

Not to mention that team had Horace Grant, Nick Anderson, and Dennis Scott.....but I guess they were a shytty team and it was embarrassing that MJ lost to them? :sas2:

And every team in the 1950s and 1960s was a "bunch of cacs", ignore that all those cacs on Russell and Wilt's teams are in the HOF.

You ain't even trying at this point. :mjlol:

magic carried an average 91 team to the finals
Average compared to who? Magic had Worthy in his absolute prime - the only other teams in the NBA who had two HOFers in their prime were Chicago and Utah, and Utah always crashed and burned in the playoffs. Plus they had solid A.C. Green who had made the All-Star team the previous year, two 15-point scorers in Byron Scott and Sam Perkins, and a pretty good young center with Vlade Divac.

Lakers had one of the best rosters in the NBA. Their biggest competition in the West was Portland, and Clyde's #2 and #3 were Terry Porter and Jerome Kersey. Come on now. Lakers were superior to the Blazers at every single position other than shooting guard.

James worthy was NOT in his prime in 91. He was breaking down rapidly due to injuries and would play 2 more injury riddled years after that. The blazers choked like dogs vs the lakers just ask @NYC Rebel he will tell you. Portland was supposed to win the ship in 91 to avenge 90. The blazers were looked at as the deepest team in the league.

Worthy lead the Lakers in scoring that season.

He was injured for the finals, since the injury happened in game five of the WCF. He lead the Lakers in playoff scoring until that game.

He may not have been at his very best, but he wasn’t average.

Worthy was healthy throughout '91 and had his career high in scoring that year. His only All-NBA teams were '90 and '91. He didn't get hurt until the end of the Blazers series - for the first five games of the series he led both teams in scoring. By every definition he was at his peak.

Yeah the Blazers choked but the Blazers always choked. That doesn't change the fact that Magic Johnson-James Worthy-Byron Scott-Sam Perkins-Vlade Divac-A.C. Green was a damn good roster in 1991. Weren't they favored against the Bulls initially?

The idea that Magic drug some mediocre team in 1991 but Steph's team was stacked in 2013 is just dumb.

Steph, is playing really well lately, but i don't get how he's getting more MVP talk than donovan mitchell who's team has the best record in the L.

Mitchell has been wildly inconsistent over the first 25 games. I don't know if he's done enough to be in the conversation.

Naw, Spida definitely needs to be in the convo. Best record in the league and is the only
feared offensive threat on that team. Money Mike and Rudy Croissant ain't scaring nobody
