You realize that applies to Curry to this year, right? He has missed games, James Wiseman has missed games and is out for the whole season, Draymond Green has missed games, Oubre missed that Celtics game, etc..

But here's the difference:

When LeBron struggles or loses, it's "he didn't have enough help/his teammates were injured", but when Curry struggles or loses, it's "Curry can't carry teams".
Both can be true. Except you weirdos act like one thing has to cancel out the other. Y’all act like it’s exclusively LeBron stans saying Steph can’t carry a team. The person who made this thread is literally one of the biggest anti-LeBron people on this site. Get over yourself.

All y’all Steph stans better keep the same energy come playoff time. All these victory laps mean nothing before the playoffs.

Side note: If refs called fouls like they should Steph would be shooting 15+ fts a night.

I've been riding hard for Steph in this thread but this is the most blatant stan bullshyt.

Steph gets the advantage of literally every dumb trend in calls. He benefits from superstar calls, from the fact that you can't even touch a jump shooter anymore, he falls down after jump shots when he doesn't need to, and he's frail as hell so the slightest contact gets exaggerated. He gets at least as many calls as he deserves if not more.

Steph doesn't get superstar calls. :mjtf:

Go check his career average trips to the line.

Steph doesn't get half the calls he should:

Andre Iguodala: “Steph's mindset is, ‘OK, this is how we’re playing. We’re playing physical. I’m just getting slapped and held and pulled down every time and I’m getting two hands on my drives. This is what the refs are allowing. So, they’re letting us play.’

"So when he’s guarding, he’s like, ‘OK, I can play this way,’ and then when he’s guarding it’s [whistle, whistle]. And then he’s like, ‘Damn, now I got three fouls.’ People always ask why he’s fouling, but that’s how he’s being guarded, so why wouldn’t he think he can't play physical like that?”

Of course this thread turned into something about Bron. You nikkas are so predictably angry and bytch made. :mjlol:

The first year his team was healthy in the West he won a ring and looked far and away like the best player in the league. I guess that don’t count though. Steph should be able to elevate the players around him too, regardless of how good they are. Unless that’s something y’all only expect LeBron to do?

His average trips to the line are exactly what they should be for a little jump shooting guard who avoids contact. :skip:

Curry is averaging more fts than Bron this year even though Bron drives to the hoop FAR more than Steph does and draws a lot more contact when he does it too.

Half of Steph's calls are him falling down after jump shots when the defender wasn't even creating contact. :mjlol:

Are you talking about 2015? :why:

Steph didn't look "far and away the best player in the league" that year, he averaged 23-4-8 and only won MVP cause the Warriors won 67 games and no one else was close. Even with much worse records, Harden still got 25 first-place MVP votes and Bron got 5 more. Then in the Finals, everyone on the planet saw that Bron looked like the superior player and Bron got 4 Finals MVP votes to Steph's 0 even though Bron was on the losing end.

Steph didn't look like the clear best player in the league until 2016, and we all know how that ended.

I’m talking about LeBron bro relax. They keep talking about “ bu but he missed the playoffs”’his first year in the playoffs. Ignoring the context of him having a major injury and Other players being hurt.

Congrats, it took you two posts to make this about LeBron. That's one more than it usually takes :russ:

Almost all the posts on the last three days of this thread are about Bron. :gucci:

Is that you waving the white flag, "I don't have a response so i'll just make a deflection." :mjlol:

Imagine thinking Steph gets as many calls as lets say a Harden :russ:

Thecoli.com
Said no one.

Imagine thinking the #1 new superstar promoted by the league this decade wasn't getting any calls. :mjlol:

This problem goes all the way up to the players and their wives - there isn't a single sports organization in America that has expressed more fake outrage and disingenuous "But the world is against us!" bullshyt than the Golden State Warriors. Literally everyone else in the country is sick of hearing it.

Steph apparently gets the benefit of superstar calls, every dumb trend in basketball, initiates contact etc but then (in the very next post) says:
"His average trips to the line are exactly what they should be for a little jump shooting guard who avoids contact" :dead:
