Get scammed at Gamestop brehs

But, I remember buying a brand new game and son got me a non shrink wrapped joint from the same cabinet for used games

Standard controller with the headphone jack and blue tooth connection ability. The controller that was inside was an older model.

The new white controller w/ bluetooth is exactly the same price as the older black models which are only $53 brand new in the box at Walmart.
Even cheaper at other places.

What happened to you at Gamestop is beyond fukked up, but it would've been better to play it cool and report it to a manger instead of throwing a tantrum like another poster said.

Yea but the packaging isn't air tight sealed. An employee can easily and careful take a joystick out of the packing and replace it with an older one. You could tell if you don't know what to look for.

Gamestop are the real scammers breh. That's exactly what happened.
The serial number on the packaging & controller should've matched the serial number on the receipt. They do it so people can't return their items.
Yet another reason not to ever go there.

Exactly. Bestbuy has been nothing but good to me this year. Best company I've ever felt with period I brought a tv 2 years ago and forgot I got the warranty. It broke in a year and I chucked it up as a loss...I let it set in my garage the whole time and I got a email from them that said my warranty was almost up...I called them up and they refunded all the money I paid for it...no questions asked For that alone I'll only buy electronics through them

They did this to me on a xbox360. I brought it, took it home and got the red light immediately. Took it back the next day, the same employees there & they say the serial doesnt match the receipt. I called the police which treated me like the criminal but the manager replaced it, then said i was banned from the store. I called the district manager but he didnt seem to care. I've never been back.

I've never had those type of problems at any gamestop I went to, shyt can go left here mighty fast fukking with these customers...

Went to cop a brand new Xbox one controller. Paid 65 bucks. Got home and one of the analog sticks were broken when I opened the package. Took it back immediately. I get there and the same two losers are behind the counter acting like they dont know who I am(this is all less than 30mins). I tell them my problem and as soon as I hand over the controller they are saying it's a different controller. "Oh it has stains on it", etc. One of the two losers realizes it's not the same controller thats on the box. They say they can do nothing for me. I was beyond heated at this point, and was ready to strangle both of those clowns. I ended up tossing one of their displays behind the register then dipping before I went to jail for doing something really crazy.

Long story short-One of the Rapestop employees probably switch out the joysticks. I got got. Learn from my experience.. whenever you buy a new controller or accessory, open it in store first.

Bonus-I had a put 10 bucks on a pre-order.. I never copped the game. My $10 credit was magically not in their system tho. Had emails to prove me credit was there but they couldn't find it in their system.

I'm kinda confused. So why wasnt it the same controller thats on the box though

I didn't notice. Basically the one on the box was different from the one that came in the box. They opened up another one and said this is what it's suppose to look like. I got got. Trust if this were a more expensive controller like the elite or something like a system, I would be In jail.
