Honestly, I would've stop resisting for a few seconds... Giving the impression that I've given up...
Then quickly yank or pull my arms free as soon as I could, buck up to either pull him down or twist to the side.
Either way, that's a terrible position to be in. It would take a combination of strength and technique to get out of that.
One of the few times I think BJJ is more useful on the street. But even knowing BJJ might not help in that position.
