Obviously there's a manual door switch.
She claims she didn't want to get out to risk fukking up the updating and potentially totally blocking her car. Which is fine, but don't make a choice then complain about it.
I got a Volkswagen. Entire door is clean, no keyhole. There's a piece of the handle that you can take off and there is a manual keyhole. No one would know it's there unless you read the damn manual.
