Supplementation of vitamin D does not improve outcomes based on studies so far and Americans for the most part already get the required amount of Vit D in their diet. Increased supplementation will not help. No clinician is going to tel you not to increase low vitamin D but in an acute illness that will kill you in a matter of days to weeks, this is not a good therapy.

I can publish a case where 99% of COVID patients here are under 7 feet, maybe we should make them taller. I at least posted an actual double blinded study resting whether supplementation works or not by the NIH

Trials of the vaccines are still ongoing and needs more research for determining if they are safe on the body( independently verified by those who aren't Big Pharma or have stakes in Big Pharma)
