nikka...you clearly don't know what you're talking about it if you're trying to say dude who you quoted was wrong. I was in TX, in high school at that time (01-02) and Get Ya Mind Correct was popping before anybody even knew who 50 was. And that's just Get Ya Mind Correct...The Color Changing Clique tapes, Swisha House Tapes, and the rest of that shyt was out in the late 90's

They were just local celebrities until they went solo. Don't act like they were pushing the culture forward they were just following trends.

Gawdfather's first official single from early 1997.

READ, my nikka. People didn't know about 50 then but I knew people in PA, TX, and GA that knew about Cham & Paul in the late 90s/very early 2000s. nikkas didn't really know about 50 until damn near GRODT.

50 was on tour with master p in the 90s. Did music with bun b.... 50 is the GOAT in Texas and everywhere else :blessed:
Exactly, everyone knew who 50 was by '99. That's the same year as How to Rob and Life's on The Line lmao.

There's even a rare street remix featuring Tony Yayo that's still to be released in full.

50 was worldwide famous by the mid-end of 99 and that cannot be said for Chamillionaire and Paul Wall.

Also, I didn't say they were shyt so why was he all in his feelings lol.

50 made the melodic style popular, what's so difficult to believe about that?
