I USE TO BE 288 IM DOWN TO 255 I BEEN START AND STOPPING MY DIET I BEEN BACK ON ONE FOR 3 WEEKS AND 255 IS MY CURRENT WEIGHT I BEEN EATING 200-300 LESS THAN MY NOOM COACH 1800 CALORIES 3 WEEKS AGO I WAS 267 DO YALL THINK I WOULD LOSE ANY WEIGHT IF I DID ONLY 40 YARD SPRINTS AND EAT 1800 CALORIES ON WORKOUT DAYS AND 1500 CALORIES ON NON WORKOUT DAYS AND DID COMPOUND MOVEMENT FOR WEIGHTS PLZZZZZZZ HELP
