The manager was so useless. He should have intervened and ask the customer to leave. The stuff was already paid for and told the cashier he would handle it. That's why you're a manager. His dumb ass just stood there.

Have you ever worked retail or customer service? WOAT. If you have you wouldn't even ask. I worked a receptionist job at one point and remember this 60 y/o threw herself on the floor, sobbed like a baby, threatened to get her husband, started raving about her blatter stones and almost made herself throw up. This went on for 30 minutes...why you ask...because she was late...over an hour late.

Also the cashier looks underage herself so calling her a bytch is uncalled for (even if she was/is an adult it would be wrong). She should have got the manager if she thought it was that serious.
