For the past few years I had noticeably high blood pressure when I would get my annual physical.

Earlier this year I started taking a multi-vitamin, COQ10 , and black seed oil. Mix that with regular work outs.

Doc just said my blood pressure has been the best it has ever been.

You have been advised....:wow:

Try Turmeric/Curcumin capsules. and L-Arginine L Citrulline. That helped lower my BP by 14 and the L Arginine L Citrulline is good for workout recovery.

Limit your salt/sodium intake. Fast food is the primary cause of it.

I don't really care for salt anyway. In fact, I have a container of Morton's salt in my cabinet that's been sitting for over 5 years.

I've heard some people say limiting salt hardly do shyt though, like it lowers your number by 3. Not saying to eat salt like crazy, but it doesn't seem to do anything as some people suggest. Will have to read into this more.

I just got some vinegar and I'm going to start taking my meds regularly.

I hate big pharma They want to hook you on their drugs, I ate like shyt in DR during COVID and didn't take meds at all and was fine. Now I'm working out eating better and my pressure is elevated.

Its the sugar that raises it. Cut out sodas and sugary treats. Next is the stress and make sure u get good sleep

It depends on your genetics. Some people's kidneys are just better at getting rid of extra sodium.

Some people are highly sensitive to salt and their BP will go down a lot if they cut back. Other people aren't at all and the amount of salt has little to no effect.
