we're 8-1 and have been proven to be able to rally back...bevell has been fine, pete just needs to give the override more often to run the ball in the red zone..personnel change isn't needed

nah fukk him, I don't think we should fire him but his play calling duties need to be stripped. Play calling has been terrible all season, why would he even attempt to pass at the 3 yard line when you have one of the best running backs and an line who struggles to pass block. Hes stHe did the same thing against the Cardinals, not to mention only running the ball 8 times last game against one of the best pass rushing teams.

Valid points. But Bevell is the only OC that Russ knows and, from most accounts, was primarily responsible for touting/drafting Russ. The offense generally comes through when we need it to, and though he doesn't deserve credit for the rushing success (Lynch+OLine+Cable), he has done a decent a job without great WR/TE talent. Outside of the red-zone, I have been pretty pleased, generally, by the play calling...and Im not sure finding a suitable replacement is feasible on short notice even if the right move would be to get rid of him. I know you said you wouldnt fire him, but who would u give the play calling to? Don't you think a demotion could ruin the overall chemistry? Unless an overwhelming amount of the offense is against him, Id stick with him.
