I'm finna get my ass back in the gym again...I've been working doing moving and construction and I now I'm in the mode to get back to lifting weights cardio to get super diesel.

I was in the gym for 42 weeks for one year in 2011-2012..4-6 days a week. I still look and feel good at 34 so I'm happy
