People be fronting, but if you're out here really dealing with women you're going to encounter flaky women. shyt, most people are inconsistent. I've been in that situation. If I'm really feeling a guy, I'll do what I can to contact him. A few years ago with my current bf I was occupied because my brother was in an incident the same day we had our first date. I went out of my way to notify him I couldn't make it and ensured I rescheduled.
If I wasn't feeling him, I wouldn't care to put in the same effort.
