Ive only been stopped one time by police abroad. Driving a moterbike in Saigon for a traffic infraction, (ran a red in front of what I later found was a govt building police posted up right out front) no license, no registration papers, not a fukking thing. My girl was on back and was communicating to the police. Slid them 600k vnd, they let me drive right off

Girl was pissed tho, said if I kept my face covered and my mouth closed we might had got off for 150.
