You have to determine what you value and be consistent. That puts you in control of any situation that may arise. Just because society places such a high value on one night stands doesn't mean that has to be what you value in every situation. On the other side, if a girl turns you down sexually not many men are going to value being vulnerable and chasing after that girl. People in general are drawn towards anyone that makes their own decisions and doesn't compromise on what they value. If you have that level of self confidence you don't have to worry about all this shyt because you know that you're never going to hang around in a situation where you feel that you're getting fukked over.

So true, I had a woman take me to the mall just to showcase me and see if she got attention drawn myself. All I wanted was to see a movie and kick it at her place. I think the younger the woman is, the more she cares about that kind of stuff.
