Hold her down if you really fukk with her. Held my girl down when she was down and out and now she has a new job and helps out a lot financially. You’ll be able to see if she’s lollygagging and trying to take advantage of the situation. If that’s the case then get on her head.

I’d still take that trip tho :pachaha:

Good luck to her and I hope she finds something better soon

They was doing bad if $3 makes that much of a difference

That job sounds dead end, may be for the better tbh
Thats what i told her. Told her it may be a blessing in disguise but also told her to get out of the restaurant business for good.

U should be involved in her job hunting process

She'll find a job faster

People just need love and support
Been helping and keeping her in good spirits. Called a friend that works at the ford dealership by us. Asked if the need a desk receptionist and they actually have a part time spot opening up soon. Waiting to hear back but it probably wont be till next week.

If this ain’t no bullshyt thread, tell her to apply for a bank job. They all pretty much start off around 18-20 a hour and it’s typically Monday through Friday. She might even be able to swing a wfh position. Don’t cancel the trip.
I’ve been trying to get into a bank for a while because it would be perfect with me trying to coach. Any tips

Maybe this was a sign for her to get out of the hospitality industry:manny:

I'm not sure what her education level is but maybe she should think about clerical work....maybe starting as a secretary at a high school or a business and trying to work up to a bookkeeper.

Might be a welcome change of pace :manny:

Had one of the best days ive ever worked yesterday. Everything went smooth, had a good staff, good weather, made some extra cash dropping off some tile. Day was smooth af until i got off work and called my gf.

She told me she was pretty much fired as soon as she tried to clock in to work. Apparently her manager had her training her replacement:francis:.

Even worse we had a vacation lined up on November 3rd. 4 night stay in Orlando that i probably gotta cancel since i may have to help her out financial wise.
Let her know she got 30 days to figure something out. A broke woman can't do nothing for you. :troll:
