She said "ghetto black people" And then proceeded to stereotype the shyt they wear. Why wouldn't nikkas be mad? You worried about why they are mad instead of the racist ass shyt she was saying. fukk outta here.

All the waiters I know don't automatically write off black people, but they size up the "type" of black people that dealing with real quick. It's almost a sixth sense. So if a black family of four comes in they expect normal tip. But if a table of rowdier, younger black women come in they don't expect nothing except loudness and having to deal with plates getting sent back. Servers in areas with black people don't immediately associate all blacks with "ghetto non-tippers" cause they'd lose out on money.

Not saying it's right, but that's what I've heard. And it's black servers that'll be the first to tell you.

This thread is just revealing all the more reason not to tip these nikkas. If its fair for them to assume things about black people,its fair for us to assume all waiters/waitresses feel like the one in the OP. As well as all of the ones yall have talked about in this thread

I only tip because I might want to go back to a place and don't want anything happening to my food. Not because I think these people deserve a god damn thing. They don't work nearly as hard as a lot of people in the food industry and their pay should reflect that. 5$ an hour sounds about right when I judge their workload. These restaurant owners got it right. They just want to shame the rest of us if we don't want to give to charity.

Imagine if those people who get on t.v to raise money for starving children in Africa said "You first world living muthafukkas got all that money,and don't want to give it to people who really need it!"

Hell nah,they need to understand this is charity and act accordingly.

The coli hates paying over $15 for a haircut, you really think they'll pay for a higher priced meal?

The food prices are already higher in a restaurant. Sure you refilled my drink a couple times,but you charged me almost triple what they charge at Taco Bell where I fill my own drink up.

I bet most of these waiters making more than the cooks that's doing the real work. I don't see cooks crying about you eating off their sweat.

We just had a thread where people were saying that you should tip on pickup orders because the servers had to package your food up. I'm like isn't that their job?

Reminds me of when my boy started bartending like damn near 20 years ago now. I stopped by the bar for a drink and he was pissed the fukk off. He said he just made this nikka four long islands, sipped it, said damn this is some good shyt, and walked off without tipping.

And I've had my own experiences as the bell hop/van driver at a hotel. The ratio of who tipped me well, even when it came to the celebrities and entertainers that stayed there, the white ones broke off a better tip than the black ones. I say all this just because I think it's hilarious, and because I believe that no one should be working for tips.

I don't cosign this video or that chick though, because it's shade at all black people. She thinks she's cute and you notice that she made an update. Jews can be some cheap fukks. Saying jewed me down don't come from nowhere though. But you don't see people making those videos because they know better. And before somebody say restaurants should pay $15, waitresses make more than $15 with tips. Pay up

1. Tips are supposed to be earned, not required

2. How does it make sense that the consumer base HAS TO subsidize workers’ paychecks just for them to make ends meet. Consumers aren’t obligated to make up for shytty pay practices, even if many of us are nice enough to do it.

Why does everyone have to agree on the same solution to a problem?

With that said, I almost always tips. The only exception is if I legit receive TERRIBLE service. Even an inattentive waitress usually gets at least a 5 or 10 spot…. even though I know they don’t really deserve it. But I’m also not gonna fault someone else for not tipping shytty service.

-fukk all this. My fam went to Applebee's & had horrible service. White people came in after us & got their shyt first. Every order came back slow & she even got one wrong. We had to actually stop her as she walked past our table cause she wouldn't stop to check on us.

I’ll never forget this sista taking me out on a date and not tipping. I put some money on the table for tip. This broad lost her mind. That was the last time I talked to her. Some black folk don’t tip. Thry should keep their asses home .

let me ask you this. A low income family wants to have dinner at a steakhouse . So mom and pop decide to save a little so they can go out. But just enough to pay the meal without the tip.

Id conclude youd think they are scumbags who deserve nothing good in life becuase they cant budget 40-50 extra to tip a waitress who makes more than them.

This example is not out of the ordinary for many working families. And ya should be a bit more considerate of how the working poor deserves some joy.

Nah.. this is heavily dependent upon the spot.. And I've been to places where waiters still want extra after the fact.

When my wife and i were in south beach in May, every single restaurant we went to was automatic gratuity.

I dont know if this is all Miami, but south beach seemed to have this stipulation
