Whatever sentence he gets he could have cut years off it had he stopped and showed some remorse. Dude was obviously high/drunk and that was reckless. He deserves jail no bail and all that. Terrible
Yup. And also decided to go home and ditch his car from his house and his own CCTV caught him. Then he told the cops, he doesn't remember anything. He's a waste man.

Throw the book at the piece of shyt

Sentencing for this kind of stuff in the UK is an absolute joke though.

Look what the person who killed Cadet got. Not a hit and run but sill.. basically 2 years in prison and a 2 year driving disqualification for killing someone drink driving, Speeding down the wrong side of the road smh

(On 9 February 2019, Johnson and three friends were on their way to a gig at Keele University in Staffordshire when a Vauxhall Combo slammed head-on into their Toyota Prius in Betley, approximately 8 km from the venue. Johnson died at the scene of severe head injuries. His friends and the drivers of both vehicles survived the accident and were sent directly to hospitals for treatment.[1][37][38][39]

On 1 November 2019, 23-year-old Jordan Birch of Woore, Shropshire, was charged with killing Cadet by dangerous driving, and with seriously injuring Cadet's driver Kashif Usman.[40][41] Birch had drunk six pints of beer and was above the blood alcohol limit, was driving at twice the speed limit, and was on the wrong side of the road.[42] In December, he pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving at a plea and hearing at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. In January 2020, Birch was sentenced to 4 years and 8 months, with the first half being in prison and the second half on licence.[43][44])

It's a rap for him now:

Yeah done out ere

Tried to play dumb and be awkward with police when they arrived by asking them what car was he driving

Intentionally parked his car away from his house

Told police he collided with a car

Tested positive for cannabis and alcohol

No way Ghetts is getting anything less than a 8 years min there gonna throw the book at him.

He’s got previous driving offences and the the aggravating factors here like hit and run, speeding, drugs and alcohol in system and victim impact?

Defo won’t be a light sentence like cadets

But yes death by dangerous driving should be punished more harshly.
I think the max is 14 years

Yeah, I remember when he was killed. Crazy he got that short amount of time for killing Cadet.

I may be wrong, but didn't the law change in 2022. Now it's a life sentence for this same crime?
