Those overwhelming enemies areas are areas or camps you will attack in a mission, they didnt word it well but thats why its impossible to overtake it, you overtake it on a mission eventually or sneak out a npc

If you ride up the coast while on Act 2, there are random places with a Ronin who calls you out on a duel. Look for a circle surrounded by a couple banners

it’s GOAT so far. I generally roll with the Inari charm so as soon as I got the armour I maxed it out at the armourer in one go. Maxing out the Katana after I clear some camps as I need 5 more gold then I’ll be 7/7 on upgrades then I’ll concentrate on the wakizashi for quicker assassinations. Then the long bow. Got all the Stances maxes out, all the evasion/prarries maxes out too.

I know you have to visit so many Inari shrines and you get the charm. Not sure on the exact locations, like was said above, just follow the yellow bird

i wanna say u get it from Paying respects to a lot of Fox Den shrines. Either that or climbing one of the mountains to the top of those shrines.

I have it equipped right now. It makes farming much easier. I maxed out a few outfits without even trying really
