It would be dumb if there was a difference between the ps4 and ps5 version. If you buy it on ps4, then you should be able to play it on ps5 with enhancements patched in.

Right now they’ve only confirmed P4 compatibility. I’m praying we get P3 as well, a lot of gems released back then I missed out on. Plus I wanna play GTA IV on my modern console instead of keeping my 3 hooked up. Be nice if R* released a damn remaster for the game

You know Sony be on that remaster wave. They’re definitely gonna repackage the game for PS5 and make you pay for the upgrades

Thats not gonna happen. The PS4 is basically a computer and a graphics card. Same with PS5.

Ps1 ,2 and 3 all had their chips designed by PlayStation engineers to work for PlayStation systems.

Xbox apparently is doing this though.

Uncharted 4 and Detroit released in May. The Last of Us released in June.

I’m betting Sony wants this game out as far away from the PS5 launch as possible. I think it comes in June
