Anyone else just going around doing all the side stuff like the springs, bamboo shoots, fox dens etc?
after you asked this I looked at the map and zoomed out...seems to be 3 sections on the map...the one we’re in now and two above it...I imagine the first section of the map is act 1 and the next two are acts 2 and 3 since the game is supposed to have 3 acts in total

Initial impressions:
Game is absolutely gorgeous
Combat balance is on some SMT shyt. You kill enemies in like 3 stokes but you die just as quickly (this is amplified once you start meeting wild animals like bears
).
The actual combat though...
. Initially, I was wondering where the hell an actual lock-on mechanic was, but there's no real point since the enemies die so quickly...but still. And to keep it 100, the camera during combat could be far better. Too often, I'm out of focus and have to pan wildly to keep up with the action.
I get the feeling the more abilities you unlock, the better the combat gets but we'll see.

Absolutely. I'm not even consciously looking for them moreso than just finding them usually in the course of trying to line up a nice shot for photo mode.
And I'll tell you what, while it's a really simple thing I'm finding the Haikus to be a very nice touch.
