There are similarities but the combat is way better in this game.

This is the 1st time I've decapitated someone. I thought I would get the chain assassination prompt and hit triangle so that's why I kicked him. Was no expecting this to happen

Yeah you fukked up the assassination. When it’s a Mongol commander, it will say “Slaughter” instead of “Assassinate”. And no chain kills even if other mongols are near him. You decapitate and get a full Ghost meter instead.
