So far. NG+You can skip cutscenes, assign a loadout to each armour, get new charms that you buy with ghost flowers. You obtain ghost flowers by liberating camps or story missions.
To activate the armour loadouts go to options, gameplay then to enable loadouts.

I'm enjoying it so far.

Edit you also get ghost flowers by doing the side shyt like springs, haiku fox dens and the like. A couple new armour to buy as well.
