Just did this side quest and this lady just decided to stay in the burning house with her dead sibling... She bugging.

Yeah, I did that one.

I did ran up on another random one like this where some raiders or Saito's men had this guy tied up outside somewere and upon rescuing him, he tells me lil about the bad men or something, which ends the lil mini sidequest and he just breaks down crying. Kinda sounded like this duke.

Because I went to the Plains and I feel like there is more to do in the first area.

I did the infiltration mission where you try to assassinate Saito but he stops you.

Only thing I did in the plains so far is get the armor from the undying samurai.

This game on the Pro feels like the dream we were all sold at the beginning of the generation in terms of graphics/performance

I been telling folks, just trade in/resell your OG. That value still holds well. That'll get you most likely half or more towards it. Or at least it did when I did it.

Yeah, most especially on an OLED. Game looks and feels pitch perfect at all times.
