Drake is an actor. This allows him to mimic styles and flows. Like a method actor and those verses are like reading a script.
Never liked Drake as an artist and he always come across as cornball jew with a little black in him that tries to gain acceptance. But I still respected the work it put in (as an artist). To put things in its proper context, when Snoop got discovered all he could do was freestyle. He had to be taught the concepts of what a 16 was and cultivating a hook.
A producer will tell a rapper to shorten a verse or make it longer. It's all about making everything fit to construct an actual song. This doesn't apply to Fake Drake.
