While this statement is very true. The amounts are left out making it pointless.

We had gatekeepers back in the days, who had to be kinda smart, kinda in love with music, kinda whatever. Now the majority has too much say, and as we know the majority are idiots who don’t love music.

It’s pros and cons to not having gatekeepers. On the one hand quality is higher, on the other hand diversity is better. But with the latter it also means that you have to dig so much trash to find something nice.

As an indie head it doesn’t really affect me, but I feel bad for the new gen. But ignorance is bliss
