Best part and most interesting part about it, is they move passed all of it, still got love for one another, made history together with their brothers and put out classics. :manny:

[QUOTE="up in here, post: 47976820, member: 186] , Ghost hardly ever speaks on street shyt, which is funny cause according to the rest of the Wu, he was the livest one out of the clan.

Why would a street dude speak on real street shyt? :what:

The crew that Ghost ran with and the crew Rae ran with had beef to the point where someone in the crew Rae was running with shot at Ghost's mom's place. To that degree, when they first had to break bread on coming together for Wu, RZA had to play the mediator and assure peace between Rae and Ghost to have them build. This has been documented in hundreds of interviews.

Ghost was RZA & Divine's main dude, but he was from Stapleton. Everyone else in the Wu camp, outside the BK faction, was out of Park Hill. If you notice from how things shook out, Ghost was the only Stapleton guy that stuck around. GP went their own way after being down on the initial jump off w/ 36 Chambers.

On the show, the gun is literally in Rae's hand shooting up the place and they play up a specific personal beef between the two characters that represents the split between the two Staten Island camps that came together to build Wu-Tang Clan. It's a way to condense a story into a few specific characters the same way they meshed RZA's many siblings into 3 or changed up the timeline so it's not a bunch of child actors as Wu's coming up in the drug game or first rhyming together when they're in their young teens.

yeah, they get locked up.

it's (not to sound too militant) white imposed social structure.

It's why Plenty of folks believe rap fairy tales of cats making a million dollars a day with 8 ounce coffee pot they got from Dollar General while meeting their plug Mendoza 2 times a week at the club (and will fight you over the "realness" of it)

meanwhile the IRL plug is the old white man that runs the gardening section of the closest Albertsons.
