this was my shyt.. i used to sleep with my walkman on with the cd bumpin on repeat the whole night... i woke in a cold sweat at the point where the beat switched up one night and it actually felt tlike some real soul controller shyt happened to me while ghostface was spittin... for some reason i always felt like he wasnt done spittin when the beat changed like it was edited,,like some abrupt pause. i couldnt get that song out my head for like 4 days..i didnt know where that ending part came from on with the quotes came from so it kinda freaked me out... but Ironman was my shyt the whole year i was in 9th grade

as a kid growing up i always liked method more than ghost yet my oldest brother loved ghost more than anyone else in the wu. songs like this make me understand why. ghost is the only one making this song.

Easily my favorite track from Dennis Coles ever, and son has tons of classics and bangerz but this track just hits home the hardest. RZA was on some artistic shyt with banger. The ill ass beat switch up from nowhere, the introspective movie samples at the end. And Ghostface simply paints a very ill picture of caution & weariness and captures the essence of maintain in the hood life as the Soul Controller.

This track had to get pulled from the OG release of this album due to sample clearance, so the 2nd batch that dropped was missing this Gem. I truly feel sorry for the heads that missed this amazing track.
