Ghost has actually been alluding to this in interviews for a couple years now.

After Fish scale/More Fish he commented on doing a double album with no cursing and speaking on more mature spiritual themes.

He spoke on wanting to do something like that again around the time Wizard Of Poetry dropped. Said he was tired of rapping about killing and cocaine as that wasn't part of his everyday life any longer.

Again, simply the natural progression for him as an artist. I'd like to see what type of music wed get from a more grounded spiritualized Ghost.
