all this resolution talk... I mean I actually do care about it and I hope the ps4 gets hacked quickly... But ah... Most people don't know squat about resolutions so that's not a huge issue. Most people just hate Microsoft so people were looking for a reason to jump ship. I fear people are gonna have to lie to themselves to enjoy the next gen. Bottom line is regardless which on you get its going to be a significant upgrade. Right now xbox is going to have a few possible hit titles and Ps4 is going to have Killzone with a bunch of free to play or digital games. Its a possibility that xbox will have the overall quality at launch. However people believe they are future proofing their consoles by getting a ps4. I feel like I'd be future proofing by getting an xbox with kinnect and all the tv features. Resolutions are huge but not until 3d gaming comes up IMO.

Not only this (which is critical), but the fact remains that:

1) PS4 will always have the superior multiplat versions of games vs the competition this upcoming gen. There's nothing that can be done about it.

2) Sony ALWAYS has delivered since the PS1 with great exclusives. Dunno what makes cats think it is gonna change.

Buttttttttttttttttt, theres always a but. These are still close in power when all things are considered. There is nothing the PS4 can do that X1 cant do. Yes it may do it faster but they are ways around that. Aka 1080p vs 900p that the VAST majority of people will not be able to tell the difference. Plus I like Ms better as a underdog because we benefit from consumer standpoint. Plus the extra features help out also. The new fitness app looks amazing, I need to get into better shape myself.

Yes there are. Both the X1 and PS4 are nothing special spec wise in the grand scheme of things. Most people newer PC's have more than these two consoles stop fooling yourself.

I don't know that they will have superior multplat on top of that. superior graphics doesn't always mean superior gameplay. Its safe to assume that Microsoft has the superior online capabilities. Potentially games could look better on ps4 and play better on xbox. The kinect is nice tech if a 3rd party developer utilizes it correctly. It might ad to the the game. Outside of gaming it appears xbox is winning that too. Seriously the big allure of the Playstation is the potential. Potential games. Actually same with the xbox potential cloud and kinect.

Also I don't really care for the majority of the exclusives on both sides. Last of us and MLB and maybe second son vs. Forza and maybe Ryse, dead rising, Killer Instinct, titan fall, Halo 5. I'm not interesed in a GOW for either console but if I had to pick one it'd be gears. Sony stans kill me with their predictions. All I wanna know is how long did it take for there to be a Gran turisimo on ps3? If you had to wait that long for your favorite sony games would you be ok with that?

That your twisted stan logic thinking. I dont live in a vacuum, if graphics was the holy grail with me I would be a pc stan, I already have the pc for it. I want my games to be fun. As along as the game look good which they do on the X1 Im good.

Equal as in what? They both give and take in different areas. Ok the PS4 has a more powerful gpu ok and? The gpu is not the whole system.
