All these fukkin Trap artists on these three count beats stretch their voice with echo, reverb, compression, auto tune that you don't even notice sometimes. Plus they use a million tracks for one verse, add doubles. So much shyt it ain't funny.

If you nikkaz heard what they sounded like off a raw vocal track you would have no respect for them. All the "youngs" use it heavy. Young Jeezy, Young Thug.

Of course it's not just the south either. I use to rap I know these things. An engineer is the most important person. Low key though

Breh, Young Jeezy, Young Thug do some extra shyt. They even add live effects at shows. All rappers of course use the basics but Future and others sound like fukkin computers

You getting at rappers for using echo and reverb now? :dahell:

And you're saying mastered vocals sound better than raw vocals?? No fukkin way, I had no idea :ohhh:
I'm talking about excessive use. And also auto tune is being on the verses not just low key. Jay Z live sounds just like Jay Z in mixed. Young thug live performance is a totally different person.

:what: So ur actually tryna convince people that vocal effects and mixed and mastered vocals is worse than having a ghostwriter? Do yall nikkas be bored? Or high before yall make these threads. Imma say a combination of both.
Breh, this is real simple. Brittany Spears cannot sing worth shyt and she's a mega star. Christina Aguilara can sing. Both use effects but an engineer has to spend way more time to make Brittany sound decent. Who do you respect more if the finished product is good on both.

Uber editing and effects is fraudulent. Ghostwriting is fraudulent. Get it?

You ever notice an artist sounds fukkin great when they're on a major label then they go independent and it sounds like they lost a step? Or vice versa?
