Giannis the best player in the league. been that way since 2021
Bucks are right behind them and their 2nd best player has barely played.

I mean he was struggling a bit earlier in the season with his shot and FT% by his usual standards. We literally had people on this board trashing him a month of two ago. Wish I had the time or patience to find that stupid ass thread.

You're better than this.Jokic is gonna win MVP still. White man’s ice is just colder.![]()
Yeah they are important pieces to the Celtics but none of them are Boston's 2nd best player.Rob Williams has missed 30+ games this season
Smart has missed 15+ games
Al Horford has missed 15+ games
Brogdon has missed 15+ games
I also believe Giannis is the best player in the NBA, but find a better excuse![]()

Not one of them is Jaylen Brown or Jason Tatum

I said they were important pieces for Boston but 0 of the 4 mentioned are Boston's 2nd option.3 of the 4 mentioned are in the starting lineup
1 of the 4 mentioned is a leading candidate for 6th man of the year
Shameless goal post moving![]()

That's fair, but I mean all great players struggle. Until that happens for a full season it's an anomaly not a trendI mean he was struggling a bit earlier in the season with his shot and FT% by his usual standards.
He’s still struggling with his FT shooting even worse compared to previous years, so it’s definitely a cause for concern especially come playoff time. That’s not me shytting on Giannis as I have defended him for years even when other posters have talked negatively of him. That's fair, but I mean all great players struggle. Until that happens for a full season it's an anomaly not a trend
This guy averaged 30, 14, 11 last year in the playoffs and we got folks in here talking about "Do it in the playoffs"
Comon folks, I know he's the best player in the NBA but we're getting a bit absurd with our expectations for him are we not?
When they lose in a series in the playoffs due to him missing free throws, we'll have that conversation. He’s still struggling with his FT shooting even worse compared to previous years, so it’s definitely a cause for concern especially come playoff time.
