I think raptors, rockets or knicks are prob the best option

I think giannis wants to play in a top world class city and all 3 of those teams are big cities and can offer young talented players back to milwaukee

og and kat
barnes and barrett
amen thompson, reed sheppard, etc.
I can see one of them getting him. Houston would be interesting and I'd tell them Sengun and one of Amen or Reed and multiple 1sts.

Not sure what Toronto would throw other than Ingram or Barnes plus other assets.

They have the assets technically, but I don't think Milwaukee is gonna let themselves get finessed like that and ask for lesser players

Holmgren/Mobley/Thompson + extras should be the bare minimum
OKC has lost 1 game all season, is the defending champ and is kicking everybody's ass.

Before, it woulda made all the sense in the world. Now, everyone else needs Giannis to get on their level.

Giannis is a top 5 player in the NBA and has been for years and people think teams can offer scraps :mjlol: Milwaukee gonna want a superstar to make up for the loss in revenue from losing a superstar. Plus, fan backlash, look at Dallas. At worst, they're gonna want a star and to absolutely GUT a team for draft picks.

None of this helps Milwaukee except maybe the Houston stuff, but I think they used a lot of their space on KD.

When 4 teams control much of the draft capital and/or are so far away from a Giannis dream, this is where teams who made the leap to empty the clip to get players are stuck.

I woulda forced the issue and tried getting Dylan Harper but San Antonio doing dumb shyt with their trio of PG's cuz they're afraid of trading the wrong one.

Doing that woulda been able to allow Bucks fans to buy in on Harper/Vassell/whatever else, saved them money by not signing Turner, and made it easier to turn the page.

Trading Giannis to the Knicks is reducing yourself to considering winning in the play-in and getting your ass kicked by the Knicks in round 1 a great season

Just brain dead he even opted to come back. I understand these nikkas love the markets who put them on sometimes, and even think it’s a morally better approach to cap fukk their current teams than to just dip, but unless the Bucks can go back in time back to when you could still do OD fleeced like what happened to the Suns or Clippers….its not gonna be a consummate return
