Still going to need a better C at some point, their guards & wings are better rebounders than any of their Cs.

I believe Thon will play better but they should be in the market for a C, don't think this is the final roster.

At the end they were talking about the keys to the game & dude said defense like the Bucks didn't have 110+ points, & he realized as soon as he started talking about it so he just kind of bullshyt his way past it

I think Wade had a good defensive game, J.R. fought hard through screens, LeBron with some strong defensive help plays had one where he bumrushed Giannis and stripped him from his backside, Love had two open floor steals in the 1Q. But they just don't have any rim protection and Crowder was on an island defending Giannis. Team needs a C badly, I really think if they got a C to anchor the paint they would be so much better defensively, they have some athletic versatile guys who can switch.

I've honestly thought for the longest time now that Wade's weird ass T-Rex arms had something to do with his mediocre jumpshot. Rose has no excuse though.

T-Rex arms? Wade has a 7-foot wingspan at 6'4. It's one of the reasons he's the greatest shotblocking guard of All-Time.

Nah, the problems with Thon are starting to look serious in my opinion, he has absolutely no feel for rebounding and it's not just because he's thin, dudes instinct on the glass is just terrible. Can't really attribute it to age either, cause Nerlens at the same age and same build was a glass cleaner.

I'd sell high on Thon now, it's going to be years before his body is to the point where guys aren't rag dolling him under the rim, and even then you don't know whether or not he'll actually be any good.

He looks noticeably bigger to me. We knew he would be a project too soon to give up on him unless you can get like DMC. Giannis loves Thon too.

He may be bigger but he has a terrible nose for the ball, there are some guys who just aren't good at it. We knew he was going to be a project but even then you should be able to expect some big rebounding games from raw prospects that are 7 footers and mobile. Being physically weak and raw didn't stop other slender players from pulling down boards, it was the other things that struggled like finishing at the rim. He's yet to have a double digit rebounding game, and his rebounding got even worse from last year despite more minutes, and he was pretty bad on the boards last year.


I don't know, he's starting to give me Sudanese Meyers Leonard vibes, obviously if DMC is on the market Thon should never be something that holds up the deal.
