I honestly think San Diego would be perfect for him. It's a big city, but not very fast-paced. Dude can stay out of trouble while having all the perks of being in a major city.
Los Angeles being so close though can be a problem and drunk drivers lighting up the 5 freeway coming back home from Hollywood won't really discourage him from doing the same.
Chargers defense though fits him easily. I can't think of a better fit defensively.
