Gif posting error

Everytime I try to post a gif in any thread, it automatically puts the gif at the top of the post

Even if I quote someone with a gif, it puts the image in the persons quote

yeah i have had that issue too, it's not just gifs, any image can do it.

doesn't always happen, but most of the time. annoying af
