Completely agree with the sentiment but I this is working because he is retired. If an active player did this an entire network even possibly the entire sports media would cover you and your team as negatively as possible. And your team would reprimand you for not being friendly with the press. Too much a burden for your teammates even if you think you could handle the constant unfair criticism.

Like I said, I’m glad after 20 years Kwame is finally defending himself, there have been far worse players in the league than him and MJ did him no favors.

There were a LOT of stories coming out in DC when Jordan was there on how he ridiculed not only kwame but other players.

Kwame had to deal MJ who was Daddy() and then had to deal with his son, Kobe.

I honestly don’t think he has many nice things to say about either of them but he will probably keep it PC since Kobe passed. I just wonder what’s his perspective on being under the guidance of both of them.
