Gilbert was amnestied by Orlando in 2011-12 after the lockout. He last played with the Grizzlies in the 2012 postseason.
Gilbert's 6 year $117 million contract he signed in 2008 with the Wizards was supposed to expire in 2014.
But he spread the last year out over an extra two years. I think he was due to make $22-24 million last year. So next season the Magic are still paying him.
