True. Fraud Dept are looking into $80,000 though. That being said, people jumping on this "ether" without knowing if he has actually done this with his card or just speaking about it and shyts and giggles are just as annoying.
Yeah, they probably looked into it as far as viewing the signature and then they probably just took his word at that and didn't investigate further. Because if the would have investigated, I'm sure they would have had enough evidence to deny the claim. They could probably request the tape from the strip club and be done right there. They know if they deny his fraud claim he might close his account and they would probably rather eat that 80k than lose him as a client. Now he won't be able to repeatedly do this, but rich people get away with murder when it comes to this shyt. I've seen it with my own eyes. There is a special department that handles shyt like this for clients like Gilbert. The average person like me and you would work with the regular fraud the department but most financial institutions have a high profile fraud division because they only won't certain people having access to these accounts. The get treated with a different set of rules.

I don't know if he's trolling or not, but people have been doing this before him and will be doing it afterwards. Regular people are doing this shyt all day everyday. Some get away with it,; some don't. Unless you hit a MAJOR lick banks ain't gonna prosecute, but you might get kicked out the bank and blacklisted from getting a bank account anywhere.
