Well, you're right and wrong.... There really hasn't been a clarification.... even native speakers get it wrong. You're right that adjective follow the noun except when they are adjectives that desire quantity, ordinal value/position or inherent characteristics.
SteelCitySoldier's Spanish is also wrong because his phrase doesn't have noun/adjective gender agreement. That is the difference between English and Spanish. His phrase should read.... "Chíngate/Jódete pinche/maldito PUTO de mierda/caca. There can be many variations depending on region and slang preference.
