I wonder about the potential for sensory overload going from zero hearing to suddenly having the implant switched on



Pretty cool how quickly she adjusts though, the human body is amazing.

When I was a relay operator there were a few ppl who had their implants removed because they couldn't handle all the sound. They were all grown tho... I think the fact that this girl started so young she will have time to adjust and get used to it.
