What are you talking about, special ed kids are rowdy as fukk. They are normally kids who have behavioral problems with shyt parents who neglect them and the state labeled them as slow (parents usually want a check or just idfag). I remember them setting this one chicks hair on fire and dunking someone in the toilet....and the administrators separated them by placing them on the bottom floor and annex of building. This was in 9th grade. My locker was in the basement and I caught hell. Ended up sharing a locker on the top floor on another wing with 5 other refugees as we called ourselves bc we all were assigned lockers there. Im sorry but until you have your locker kicked in 3 times in one week and having some 16 year old with the mind of a child and the dikk of a horse expose themselves to you daily, then holler. Those kids seemed slow.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The teacher could be fired for interfering. Numerous cases have popped up where teachers were fired for intervening in a fight because the parents would demand the teacher be fired for putting their hands on their child to the district of the school board.

Teachers are very restricted in what they can do. All they can do is yell at the children to stop and try to calming everyone down.

Teacher didn't even tell them to break it up nonetheless put hands on anyone...

I was a teacher. Yes, we can't be hitting on students, but we can deescalate the situation. We can separate students. The only time anyone would suggest that a teacher stay away is if it is an all out brawl or a very physical fight (which this was not).

The teacher didn't even step in when they were just talking. Not once did she even yell to try to calm them down. She didn't send anyone out of class nor did she call for back up. Hell, her ass wasn't even teaching.

There were so many steps that could have been taken from the beginning. She failed. No excuses.

Dude did what he had to to get her off him, she clear wasn't going to stop or wasn't hurt. Dude gave her the 3 warnings...
1. "Leave me alone/go sit down/etc.
2. "I'm not going to hit you, get back"
3. "I DON'T want to get mad".

any variants of those and you know dude is getting to the limit.

My statement doesn't imply at all that I was looking for her to be saved. He was being harassed and that should have been stopped. Someone, especially an adult, should have stepped in before it got physical.

They are students (teenagers) in a damn school. They shouldn't have been fighting or arguing period (whether it was boy and girl or girl and girl). I was a teacher. Fights happen in schools all the time and should be broken up before they escalate.

You're clearly not mature enough to understand that though since you can't think outside of some gender war, woman hating bullshyt mentality. Grow up.
